Congratulations to Kathleen Lindsay who celebrated her 100th birthday at Edith Cavell Lifecare & Village! Kathleen was born on the 6th October 1922 , when William Massey was Prime Minister, New Zealand's population was just 1.25 million and a loaf of bread was just 1p.
Staff and residents marked her special birthday with a celebration in the lounge with Kathleens family and great time was had by all. Edith Cavell now has three current residents 100 years plus!
