Yum! It’s Fish & Chips day! The most popular time to eat fish and chips in New Zealand is on Friday evenings thanks to Catholic families who created the tradition the 1960s. Today people still flooding chip shops as soon as 5 pm Friday hits. True to tradition, our Heritage Lifecare kitchens have Fish & Chips on the menu every Friday!
