As part of Cultural Diversity Week, Annie Brydon was treated to a vibrant and heartfelt presentation from members of the team from the Philippines. Through a mix of traditional and modern song and dance, they shared their culture in a way that was both engaging and deeply meaningful.
Dressed in beautifully detailed mestiza attire, the performances were complemented by stories of life in the Philippines, from its many islands and languages to food, traditions, and values. The celebration continued with a shared morning tea featuring homemade favourites, bringing everyone together through food, conversation, and cultural connection.
